About the CEO

Comrade Ogolo Emmanuel S. is the visionary founder and CEO of EMMAINO HOMES & MULTI SERVICES LTD. A native of Opobo/Nkoro LGA of Rivers State, Nigeria, Emmanuel’s journey to success is a testament to his determination and perseverance.

Early Life and Education
Emmanuel began his educational journey at Sea Bird Modern Primary School in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He then attended Comprehensive Secondary School, Borokiri, for his Junior Secondary School (JSS) education and completed his Senior Secondary School (SSS) education at Joe Max Commercial Secondary School, Elekahia, Port Harcourt.

After completing his secondary education, Emmanuel pursued higher education at Abia State Polytechnic, Aba, where he earned both Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) certifications.

Career Journey
Emmanuel’s professional journey began in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city, where he worked with a reputable real estate company for nine years. During this period, he gained invaluable experience and expertise in the real estate industry, as he has also under go some courses in estate management

Driven by a passion to innovate and create opportunities, Emmanuel decided to establish his own real estate company, EMMAINO HOMES & MULTI SERVICES LTD.

Personal Life
Emmanuel is blessed with a loving wife and two wonderful sons. His family is a constant source of inspiration and motivation for him.

The name “Joy & Heather Shelter” was inspired by two remarkable women, Minister Ifeanyi Joy Udoroh and Dr Mrs Heather Onoh, who have made a significant impact on the lives of others. Their selflessness, philanthropy, and dedication to empowering others have left a lasting legacy.

Minister Ifeanyi Joy Udoroh, is a Minister of God and the founder of Women of Passion and Purpose Global Impact Ministry International (WPPGIMI) who base in United States of America, and godmother to the CEO of EMMAINO HOMES & MULTI SERVICES LTD, believed in his vision and provided unwavering support, financially, educationally, and emotionally. Her passion for helping others succeed has empowered over 1000 people in Nigeria and beyond.

Dr Mrs Heather Onoh, mother of Ogolo Augustina, a humanitarian and director of G-EUAFRIC OIL & GAS, has also made a significant impact through her philanthropic work. She has empowered over 50 women, including one of the directors of EMMAINO HOMES & MULTI SERVICES LTD.

The name “Joy & Heather Shelter” serves as a tribute to these two incredible women, who have inspired the mission and values of EMMAINO HOMES & MULTI SERVICES LTD. The company’s goal of providing affordable housing solutions, particularly for market women, widows, and low-income earners, is a testament to the lasting impact of Joy and Heather’s selflessness and dedication to giving back to humanity.
